The relationship between the YOT, Charnwood Arts and the Artists was complicated. Various issues arose over disclosure of information, roles of workers, responses to problems and behaviour etc. The entire project was a process of discovery and revision of these relationships.

The certainty for future projects is that everyone will be better briefed and most of the problems from last Summer's Projects will be managed. That just leaves us plenty of room to deal with fresh ones!
