Music

Running from week four to six, the Music Project had some of the best and toughest times of all the Projects. Many positives were thanks to lessons learnt during the first three weeks and greatly helped by the fact that music was one of the few things the Learners were not shy to be enthusiastic about. The flip side was trying to convince teenage lads that if capoiera dance is good enough for the street gangs of Brazil, then it's a bit rich claiming to feel sissy trying out a few moves. The Learners all bonded over music (particularly hip-hop and R 'n' B) and also carried this passion over into the other projects.
